For Clients with Pain and other Chronic Symptoms:  At this time, I am only offering diagnostic consultations. For ongoing treatment of chronic symptoms, I will make referrals to therapists with expertise in neuroplastic recovery therapies.

Assessment and Diagnosis

If you’re struggling with ongoing pain or other distressing physical symptoms, I offer comprehensive in-person evaluation to explore your history and symptoms in depth. The goal is to identify the true underlying cause—whether it’s structural (related to tissue damage or disease) or neuroplastic (brain-induced but real). This clarity is often a turning point in recovery.​

Consultation and Collaboration

A single diagnostic consultation can be a helpful adjunct to ongoing psychotherapy or medical care. I frequently collaborate with psychologists, social workers, primary care providers and medical specialists to clarify the nature of a client’s condition and advise on treatment.

Insurance and Payment

I am not in-network with insurance providers, but many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. I provide a detailed invoice (superbill) after each visit for submission to your insurance.
